# 5 tips to save time during an inspection

## With these 5 tips you will use the app as a real pro!

### **1. Work quickly and easily in detail**

Thanks to the predefined checklists, you can work in detail and accurately without wasting time. You can select the most common characteristics of each element with a tap. Is a colour or other characteristic not in the list? Then you can add it yourself.

### **2. Set elements as standard**

Common elements such as doors, windows, ceilings, floors, etc. occur repeatedly within a particular building. Thanks to the option to **set elements as standard**, you can use the characteristics of one door for the characteristics of another, similar door. This way, you don't have to manually enter every door, every window, every smoke detector, etc. every time.

### **3. Duplicating elements and rooms**

### **4. Adjust your checklist on the go**

While you are doing the initial inspection, you can adjust the checklist on the go. You can remove or add items. Need an extra room? Just ad one on the go. All the adjustments you make here **are saved for this property**.
