# Can I try Rental Inspector for free and without obligation?

## Yes, 30 days free and without obligation, with no credit card required.

### Create a trial account

You can create a trial account on our [website](https://www.rentalinspectionapp.com/) in just a few minutes. No payment details are required. You can also create a trial account directly via [this link](https://www.rentalinspectionapp.com/#trial).

Please note: if your company is based in **Belgium or Luxembourg**, Rental Inspector is available on a limited basis. ### What does the trial period include?

- The trial period lasts **30 days**
- You can use Rental Inspector **completely free and without obligation**
- With the trial version, you can complete up to **4 rental property inspections**

### Switching to a subscription

During or at the end of your trial period, you can easily activate a subscription in the **Rental Manager**. Online, you choose:

- the number of users
- the number of credits you need

If you still have remaining trial days at that time, they will remain **free of charge**. Your subscription will only start **the day after the last day of your trial period**.

### No subscription needed?

If you decide not to take out a subscription after the trial period, you don’t need to do anything.  
Your account will be **automatically deleted after 30 days**. No cancellation is required.
