I forgot my Chapps password
If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one.
Before doing this, make sure you complete and synchronise all open inspections in the Rental Inspector app or Building Inspector app.
- Click here to reset your password.
- Enter your email address and click the "RESET" button.
- If your email address is recognised as an active user, you will receive an email within a few minutes containing a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link and a new window will open in your browser. Enter your new password, confirm it, and then click save. Your new password is now active.
- Log out of the app(s) and log back in with your new password. Do not forget to do this, otherwise you will no longer be able to synchronise.
