I forgot my Chapps password

If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one.


          Before doing this, make sure you complete and synchronise all open inspections in the Rental Inspector app or Building Inspector app.

          1. Click here to reset your password.
          2. Enter your email address and click the "RESET" button.
          3. If your email address is recognised as an active user, you will receive an email within a few minutes containing a link to reset your password.
          4. Click on the link and a new window will open in your browser. Enter your new password, confirm it, and then click save. Your new password is now active.
          5. Log out of the app(s) and log back in with your new password. Do not forget to do this, otherwise you will no longer be able to synchronise.
