Link your domain name

Linking your domain name offers several important benefits:

• The emails appear more professional and trustworthy to recipients

• All replies and out-of-office messages are sent directly to your own email address

• And last but not least: automated emails containing reports are far less likely to be marked as spam, so they are much more likely to reach the inboxes of your tenants and landlords

Link your domain name as follows:

1. Send an email to support@chapps.com, clearly stating the domain name you wish to link. Please note: you must have Administrator privileges to make this request.

2. You will receive an email from us with unique settings for your company and domain.

3. Access your domain hosting provider's management console to add the required SPF and DKIM records. Alternatively, you can forward our email to your IT department to handle this for you.

4. Once configured, it may take up to 48 hours for the connection to become fully active.
