With the Rental Inspector app, you can take a lot of photos:
- Up to 6 (general) photos per room
- And then up to 6 photos per element (such as floor, ceiling, door, window, etc.)
- You can also take up to 6 separate photos of each issue.
In addition, you can also take photos of keys, energy and water meters, and you can also take photos of documents, such as manuals or the tenant's ID.
In short, with Rental Inspector Pro, you can document every report with more than enough photos.
The photos taken are not only stored in the PDF report but also separately in the Rental Manager. You can download the stored photos there as images or as a separate PDF document (more info).
