Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted within the European Union.
The Chapps software is cloud-based. This means that the data you collect using our apps and software is not stored locally on your own computer or server, but is processed and stored on centrally managed servers operated by us.
For this cloud infrastructure, Chapps uses a leading provider: Combell. Our cloud system is SOC 2 compliant based on independent external audits. This guarantees the highest level of security, data integrity, system availability, as well as confidentiality and data privacy.
The software and all processed data are hosted in Belgium. At no time does your data leave the European Union. The entire data processing process fully complies with the GDPR.
You always remain the owner of your data.
