How can I delete my Chapps account?

You can request the deletion of your Chapps account. However, this is not done automatically via the app or the settings. This is because we first need to verify that there are no active subscriptions, outstanding payments or data that must be retained to comply with legal obligations.

What happens when your account is deleted?

  • Your data is completely removed from our system.

  • You will no longer be able to log in or use Chapps services.

  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled.

  • We do not retain any personal data from your account, unless certain information must be kept for legal reasons.

How to request the deletion of your account

  • Submit a request via our Support Center.

  • Clearly state in your message that you wish to have your account deleted.

  • Include the email address associated with your Chapps account.

  • We will process your request and take care of the further handling.
